Quality Coffee is Amber Estate Coffee.
Quality begins on the farms and at Amber Estate, our supplying farms are selected by their rigid adherence to strict farm quality control, proximate farm location and implementation of green bean quality control guideline of the Jamaica Coffee Industry Board. Our seedlings are carefully selected to ensure that only the best planting material is used. Our coffee is sun-ripened on the slopes of the Jamaica Blue Mountain range, and hand-selected by trained reapers so that only the best cherry red coffee is removed. This assures that immature beans of inferior quality are not mixed with high quality mature beans.
Our coffee berries are then pre-floated before dispatch to the Pulpery where the processing begins under the guidance of the Jamaica Coffee Industry Board Quality Control Department.
After pulping and drying, our coffee is rested for 8 weeks and are again selected by bean size, density, colour and appearance.
These beans are then subjected to the final test - the cup. World recognized cuppers use their sensitive palettes to detect any imperfection in the bean. The very best is given the classification "JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN".

Amber Estate is 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain
Quality does not end there, as at Amber Estate, we further select these beans and roast, in small batches, only the very best which past the tests of the Jamaica Coffee Board and our own panel of cuppers. We supply you with Blue Mountain No. 1 with screen size 17/18.We roast to order and ship as soon as possible after packaging to ensure that the consumer receives the freshest product possible. Our packaging is the best available and we ensure that our coffee packages are nitrogen flushed and vacuum-sealed to further preserve freshness.
Just before shipment, the Jamaica Coffee Industry Board Quality Assurance Team conducts a random inspection. Our coffee is shipped with only the qualified approval of the Coffee Industry board.

Our Guarantee
Our coffee is origin roasted. We roast and package all of our Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee in Jamaica where Jamaican law prohibits the importation of green coffee by our roaster - Premier Coffee Trading Company Limited.
We do not blend our coffee with any other coffee. We guarantee 100% Amber Estate Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee in every package bearing that name.
We use only the best Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee beans and roast only to order. Our product will be delivered within the shortest possible time after roasting.

Mavis Bank - Jablum excellent Jamaican Blue Mountain.
The Mavis Bank Factory, is the oldest, largest and most modern Blue Mountain Coffee Facility in Jamaica. Grading, screening, rigorous cup testing and complete quality control evaluations and analysis is done on site in the Mavis Bank Coffee Testing Lab and conducted by Certified Cup Testers.
Over 70% of Mavis Bank Coffee is shipped in the Famous Wooden Barrels, the remainder of the coffee is handed to their professional roastmasters who meticulously roast selected beans.
