Payment
Paypal is my preferred way of payment but I also accept money orders & cashiers checks. If you have never made a payment with paypal there is an option to make a payment and sign up during the process if you chose to. The alternative process however is very rigorous for both our protection. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

Shipping
My Shipping preferences are UPS guaranteed delivery and USPS Priority Mail. I am shipping with UPS now for most items and UPS includes insurance up to $100.00, if I use the Post Office and you want the item insured, it will be $1.30 for up to $50.00. All orders shipped will be tracked so you can be updated at any time where your package may be. I can email status of shipment if you wish also. Orders will be processed within one day of receiving payment. If for reasons beyond our control the order cannot be processed you will be notified. For UPS guaranteed delivery time is 1 to 6 days and USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 2 to 3 days.


How to return Products To Us
We want you to be 100% fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us with confidence. Returns and replacements are straightforward, simple and easy for beverages, supplies and accessories.

If you are not 100% fully and completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our beverages, supplies or accessories simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. For Art/Pottery/Wood Carvings please return in 15 days in excellent condition.

We will promptly replace that product for you, or refund your full purchase price - your choice.

Contact us (email or phone) to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.

Be sure to include your Order Number along with your request.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Please do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

Ship your products to us prepaid, insured, with a tracking number for proof of delivery.

Return products to our Shipping Address.

Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

After all of the above are complete, and we receive your products . . .
(1) we will promptly send you a replacement, or
(2) we will promptly issue your refund - your choice.

Warranties
Damaged in Transit to You
If your shipment is damaged during transit to you, contact us immediately.
We will make the necessary arrangements to make everything a-ok.

Please Note Well : If you have not opened the coffee package, you may return it for a refund. Once you have opened and used the contents, follow Coffee Tips to ensure proper storage and to guarantee freshness of Coffee.
